My discount code didn't work

Are you using a discount to get a free item?

Add all your items in your cart including the item you want for free.  If your want a free foundation brush add that to your cart.  At the end of checkout, right before you enter your payment information, is where you can enter the discount code.  It will then update the cart and make your item free.


Are you using a percentage off discount code?

Make sure that you have the minimum amount in your cart.  If you must spend $100 to get 15% then make sure all of your items in your cart are, not on sale already and that the items add up to $100 or more. 


Why is my discount code invalid?

Error Message: Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered.
Reason: The discount code you entered doesn't exist or isn't currently active.
Error Message: Your cart does not meet the requirements for the _DISCOUNT NAME_ discount code.
Reason: The discount code you entered does exist but doesn't apply to the products in your cart.


How do I know that my order went through?

When your order has been successfully completed you will receive an email from Jennifer Bradley with Subject: Order #9999 confirmed


How do I find my tracking number?

When your order has been prepared and ready to ship you will receive an email from Jennifer Bradley with Subject:  A shipment from order #9999 is on the way.  


Please note shipments are only sent Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped over the weekend.




Where do I enter a discount codes?

To apply a promotional code to your order, please enter your code into the discount code field at checkout and click apply.

I forgot to enter a discount code on my recent order, can I apply it now?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add a discount to an order after it's been placed.

Are there limits to discount codes?

Only one promotional code per order is allowed. Available for US customers only.

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently offer eGift Cards.


Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on your gift card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout.

How do I check my balance?

If a gift card is associated with your Juice Beauty customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. If you don’t have a customer account, you can contact orders@jenniferbradley.com and they will provide the information for you.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can’t use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards.




Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.

My Order shows delivered, where is it?

With the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation, please contact your local Post Office for any further delivery details. If you are unable to locate it through the carrier, please email Customer Support at orders@jenniferbradley.com

What happens if a product is backordered?

You will notified once you place your order if a product your purchased is out of stock. Your order will ship once the out-of-stock item is available immediately.

How do I create an account?

Creating a customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. We do not store credit card information for your security. You can also see keep track of all purchases made while logged into your account. To create an account, simply enter your information here.

How can I recover/change my password?

If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the account log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with direction as to how to recover or change your password.

I am getting emails, but I can't login?

If you are receiving email notifications from Jennifer Bradley, you may not have an account yet. Create an account here.

How do I subscribe to your email newsletter?

You can subscribe to our emails by entering your email address by scrolling to the bottom of any page on the website.

How do I unsubscribe to your email newsletter?

To be removed from our email list, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of the email received.
