So many of our clients are so excited about the new Camera Ready 5.0 Foundation, and there are others that are so upset about losing the original 4 in One Camera Ready Foundation, so I wanted to write a quick blog about why the new Camera Ready Foundation 5.0 Foundation is so important right now to put all of your minds at ease.

First off, I want to let all of you know that the 4in One Camera Ready Foundation will be coming back, but in an upgraded version that I know all of you are going to absolutely love. It has already been reformulated with a new chemist, but it will take about 6 to 8 months to perfect the colors on the product. I have a very particular way of blending colors that is completely exclusive to my company, so it takes a moment to get every color just right.

Every time I custom formulate a product it costs a lot of money, time, and so much research, as I am so beyond picky about formulations, and if something is going to have my name on it, it had better be extremely high quality and truly special. 

I had to quit selling the 4 in One, temporarily, as all of you know there are supply chain issues going on, and that particular product was really being affected by these issues. In the last few years, our vendor raised the price on us three times, which made it hard for us to make a profit on it. That was the reason we had to put the foundation in the smaller compacts: we did not want to raise the price dramatically on our clients. It was our #1 best selling product, and to have that kind of price increase along with sending us the wrong colors over and over again or not having a full color range for two years was just killing us. Something had to change. 

The main complaint that I heard often was that the foundation was too thick for our clients with mature skin, and we would get refunds on it often for that reason, and I started to go on the hunt for the perfect foundation. Anytime I am hunting for products, I am obsessed with one thing: the ingredients and the quality. 

I found this foundation that has over three ingredients, not just one, to combat redness, and also has ingredients that help to fight skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and even helps to cure a very common skin condition called Seborrheic Dermatitis, which is something we were getting a lot of clients asking for.

Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that affects millions of people worldwide. It is characterized by red, itchy, and scaly patches on the skin, most commonly on the scalp, face, and chest. While it is not contagious or life-threatening, it can be uncomfortable and unsightly, and in some cases, it can cause hair loss.

Seborrheic dermatitis is believed to be caused by an overgrowth of yeast on the skin, as well as an inflammatory response to this overgrowth. While it is not completely curable, there are several ways to manage the symptoms of this condition. What really blew me away about the Camera Ready 5.0 was how beautifully it covered redness, and how my skin now looks so much more even toned even when I am NOT wearing my foundation. It does NOT settle into lines and wrinkles, and it is so easy to apply with either a brush or a sponge. I am obsessed with it, and I cannot wait for all of you to get your hands on it, too. I loved the color range, and I took a while curating the colors, making sure they were just right for our clients, and would match up to the previous foundation. 

What I think this foundation does better than the other one is: nourish the skin, it doesn't settle in the lines, and it creates a more even skin tone. My skin actually looks better when I take off my makeup than ever before, which I love!

It is a CREAM formula that covers beautifully with a concealer in the lid with a mirror, and it comes in a generous sized 4.48 ounce glass bottle. Oh, and did I mention that is also waterproof?

This will make your skin look poreless, lineless, and yes there is primer built in, but don't forget to moisturize! It will not cause breakouts, but will cause mass panic when it arrives in March! I cannot wait!!!!
